Key Responsibilities
- Support trade orders efficiently, ensuring seamless flow to back-office systems.
- Apply knowledge of market products to understand each trade and optimize platform processes.
- Implement and utilize automation technologies for trade processing, including settlements, confirmations, and P&L tracking.
- Participate in change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing operational disruptions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to team objectives and performance goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Baseline knowledge of trading services, including order execution and trade settlement.
- Experience or understanding of automation tools and technologies in a trading environment.
- Ability to manage change initiatives and support operational transitions.
- Developing skills in data analysis, technology literacy, and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced trading operations.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, trading instruments, and the end-to-end trading process.
- Experience in trading services operations, including risk monitoring, settlement, and order management.
