Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the mobile development team focusing on React Native and cross-platform app development.
- Oversee the entire mobile app development lifecycle from planning, design, deployment to maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and business analysts to deliver seamless and engaging mobile experiences.
- Develop robust, scalable, and secure mobile applications compliant with data privacy and security standards.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to continuously enhance app functionality and user engagement.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance monitoring to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize user feedback and analytics to implement usability improvements and optimize app performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 3 projects as a Mobile Lead (each >1 year).
- Proficiency in React Native, Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), and Flutter development frameworks.
- Strong expertise in mobile UI/UX design principles and user-centric development.
- Deep knowledge of data privacy regulations, security best practices, and compliance.
- Experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies for software development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive innovation and problem-solve in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model and travel occasionally to client locations.
