Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Full Stack Developer (React + Python), you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and integrate end-to-end systems.
• Configure and optimize automation workflows using advanced design principles.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Document code, processes, and test procedures for UAT and production phases.
• Engage with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design automation process flows.
• Maintain code quality and best practices across multiple environments.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Python, REST APIs, and frontend-backend integration.
• Proficiency in data visualization, cloud technologies, and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, scalable architecture, and test-driven development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven full stack development experience.
• Exposure to machine learning, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or data engineering is an advantage.
• Prior experience in consulting or technology transformation projects preferred.
