🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As a DevOps Tech Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, building, and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
- Leading infrastructure automation using Ansible, Chef, and Terraform.
- Managing cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and GCP for high availability and scalability.
- Monitoring and maintaining system health using CloudWatch, ELK stack, and other observability tools.
- Implementing container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Handling version control systems, code branching strategies, and deployment.
- Mentoring DevOps engineers and collaborating with developers and QA teams.
- Driving DevOps best practices and continuous improvement across environments.
- Working with stakeholders to align DevOps processes with business goals.
- Ensuring security compliance, backups, and disaster recovery across cloud environments.
💡 Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Proficient in:
- Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes
- AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, Route 53)
- Azure (Virtual Machines, Blob Storage, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and release automation.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale complex cloud environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like ELK, CloudWatch, and Prometheus.
- Familiar with Agile and DevOps collaboration frameworks.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–15 years of experience in DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, or site reliability.
- Certifications Preferred:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer / Solutions Architect
- Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer
