Key Responsibilities
As a WTW Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS.
- Deploy, scale, and monitor applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
- Automate infrastructure management with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring.
- Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and IT teams to align DevOps practices with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of proven experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure roles.
- Strong expertise in Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Containerization & orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python/Shell scripting)
- Strong background in Linux and Windows server administration.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cloud cost optimization and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into DevOps pipelines.
- Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and enterprise-level infrastructure.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
