Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage last-mile delivery operations at Amazon’s delivery centers in Bangalore to ensure timely and accurate deliveries from station to customer doorstep.
- Build and execute efficient delivery processes, optimizing bandwidth to handle peak delivery times effectively.
- Engage, motivate, and develop a high-performance delivery team of associates, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvements in delivery quality by implementing process enhancements and training programs.
- Analyze delivery data reports to identify bottlenecks, improve team performance, and increase operational efficiency.
- Implement process control and improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Amazon’s customer-centric goals.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with delivery associates and leadership teams to achieve operational targets and improve customer experience.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate goals and motivate teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement actionable solutions.
