The ideal candidate has strong IT audit experience, knowledge of SOC frameworks, and exposure to Big 4 audit methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
IT Audit & Risk Assessment
- Review SOX 404 assessments in line with PCAOB auditing standards.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of technology controls (GITCs & ITACs) for clients’ internal controls over financial reporting.
- Conduct process discussions with clients to assess IT risks and identify control gaps.
- Perform ISAE 3402, SOC 1, and SOC 2 assessments in accordance with AICPA and ICAEW standards.
- Provide audit findings, control redesign recommendations, and gap analysis to senior management.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate audit processes.
Technical Expertise
- Assess controls across ERP systems, Windows, Unix/Linux, iSeries, Oracle DB, DB2, SQL.
- Apply knowledge of security measures, operating systems, databases, and IT applications.
- Evaluate SOC1 reports for user organizations.
- Understand business continuity, disaster recovery, and data privacy regulations.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead IT audit engagements and manage teams effectively.
- Act as a performance manager, providing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams and support multiple clients.
Mandatory Technical & Functional Skills
- Strong experience in IT audit and risk assessment.
- Ability to identify control gaps and communicate audit findings.
- Knowledge of frameworks: ISA 315, COSO, COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53.
- Hands-on experience leading IT audit engagements.
Qualifications
- Educational: BE/B.Tech, MCA, BSc-IT, or MBA.
- Certifications: CISA certified/cleared preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in IT audit or related roles; Big 4 experience preferred.
