📋 Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
- Lead and support end-to-end procurement activities from PR to PO, negotiations, and contract management.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to procure goods/services efficiently.
- Review quotes, conduct comparative analysis, and make informed sourcing decisions.
- Execute purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to meet material delivery schedules.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a liaison between internal business stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Collaborate with finance teams to guarantee timely vendor payments.
- Manage vendor registration through Supplier Life Cycle Management tools.
- Perform periodic vendor master clean-up and maintain procurement databases.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement processes, and ethical standards.
- Monitor timely renewals of NDAs, SoWs, MSAs, and POs.
- Prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Support procurement audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
Travel & Engagement
- Travel domestically or internationally as required to visit suppliers or other Infineon business units.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration across multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering or Non-Engineering streams.
- 6–7 years of experience in procurement within manufacturing, IT, or semiconductor industries.
- Strong knowledge of indirect materials, capital goods, IT products, and tactical sourcing.
- Proven track record in vendor management, negotiations, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English; multilingual abilities preferred.
