🌟 Key Responsibilities
Guest Treatments & Wellness Services
- Provide massage services and body treatments using scrubs, wraps, hydrotherapy, and props/products.
- Assess guest needs and screen for contraindications (e.g., allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy).
- Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
- Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the session.
- Promote and sell spa services and related retail offerings.
Workstation & Equipment Management
- Arrange and maintain treatment rooms and workstations.
- Clean, sterilize, and store tools and equipment.
- Dispose of trash and used linens, maintaining cleanliness during and after shifts.
Professional Conduct & Compliance
- Follow Marriott policies and standard operating procedures, including handling inappropriate guest behavior.
- Maintain licensure and stay up to date on spa techniques and modalities.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and confidentiality standards.
Teamwork & Communication
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 10 lbs.
- Perform tasks requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

- Technical, Trade, or Vocational School degree in spa or wellness therapy.
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
