Key Responsibilities
Ariba Contracts Support & Sourcing:
- Provide support for sourcing and contract management processes using SAP Ariba.
- Assist in supplier management, contract creation, and workflow monitoring.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all contract and procurement activities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate technical and process-related information effectively to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Process Improvement & Problem Solving:
- Analyze sourcing and procurement processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Apply innovative, non-traditional approaches to solve operational challenges.

Required Skills
- Fluency in French (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, contract management, and supplier management.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
