Key Responsibilities
Partner Integration & Solutions
- Serve as a technical consultant and subject matter expert on Meta Payments and Business Messaging solutions
- Lead partner integrations, identifying key system architecture components and helping partners implement optimal solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and integration guidance to strategic clients
Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Partnerships teams to drive partner success
- Understand partners’ business goals and market trends to develop tailored solutions
- Influence product roadmap by providing regional insights and strategic opportunities
Problem Solving & Innovation
- Address complex partner challenges with hands-on technical solutions
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality documentation, tools, and processes
- Explore and implement innovative solutions to scale Meta’s payment offerings
Industry Representation
- Represent Meta at industry events, conferences, and partner forums
- Promote Meta’s payment ecosystem to enhance adoption and business impact
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical expertise in API development, web/mobile enterprise stacks, and software systems
- Experience in client-facing roles, providing technical guidance and consulting to C-level executives
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Meta Advertising and Messaging products (WhatsApp Business API, Click to WhatsApp)
- Experience with merchant payment solutions, payment orchestration, or fintech integrations
- Prior experience delivering integration projects in a global, client-facing environment
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of industry trends and regulations
