Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, research institutions, and industry stakeholders in India
- Partner with policymakers to shape AI policy, digital regulation, and user safety initiatives
- Support strategic programs impacting education, healthcare, and small and medium businesses
Campaign Development & Management
- Lead campaigns that promote Meta’s AI narrative responsibly and credibly
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment across policy, product, communications, and business teams
- Design frameworks to educate the public, policymakers, and stakeholders on the responsible use of AI
Policy Programs Leadership
- Identify and manage key opportunities to engage central and state government stakeholders
- Serve as a unifying force across teams to ensure policy programs are coordinated and executed to a high standard
- Monitor policy developments in India and provide actionable insights to Meta’s leadership
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of AI systems and emerging technologies
- Experience in policy campaigns, program management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to distill complex technical and regulatory information into easily understood content
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of India’s regulatory environment and government processes
