Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust full stack applications, including user-friendly interfaces, scalable backend microservices, and efficient database operations.
- Develop secure and high-quality production code while maintaining synchronous algorithms across systems.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement innovative solutions beyond conventional approaches.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years applied experience.
- Strong proficiency in React for building modern, responsive UI applications.
- Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend microservices development.
- Expertise in database operations, including SQL, JDBC, JPA, and relational databases.
- Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and debugging large-scale corporate applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Redux, TypeScript, and other modern front-end technologies.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native practices.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Terraform).
- Experience working in financial services or regulated environments.
