Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable software solutions for banking applications.
- Develop high-quality production code, review peers’ code, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to automate recurring issues, improving operational stability.
- Lead technical evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural solutions.
- Foster a community of practice across Software Engineering to implement innovative technologies.
- Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and collaboration within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Formal Salesforce training/certification with 5+ years of hands-on experience.
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud within multi-org structures.
- Salesforce Administrator Certified, Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder certified or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration: fields, relationships, workflows, approval processes, page layouts, security, validation rules.
- Strong experience in Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and custom web services.
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features.
- Practical experience in cloud-native technologies and modern agile software methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Application development experience in an Agile environment.
- Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and data monitoring processes.
- Experience preparing technical specifications and design documents based on system/business requirements.
- Certified Integration Architect preferred.
