Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement secure, high-quality full-stack applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
- Build and maintain robust production code, ensuring algorithms and systems perform reliably and securely.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring adherence to design constraints.
- Analyze large, diverse datasets to create visualizations and reports, supporting continuous improvement of software systems.
- Identify hidden patterns, troubleshoot technical issues, and proactively optimize code quality and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficiency in Java and/or other modern programming languages.
- Experience in debugging, maintaining code, and working with database querying languages.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, application resiliency, and security practices.
- Knowledge of software applications and technical processes in areas such as cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and mobile development.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (React, Angular, etc.).
- Exposure to cloud technologies and services.
