Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications with Java and Angular/ReactJS.
- Create high-quality, secure production code and maintain algorithms synchronized with various systems.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications, ensuring code aligns with design constraints.
- Analyze and visualize large, diverse datasets to improve application performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical problems, contributing to robust system architecture and coding hygiene.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to engineering communities of practice exploring new and emerging technologies.
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of applied experience in software engineering and full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in Java 11+, Angular 13+ or ReactJS, and RESTful API integration.
- Extensive experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server) and proficiency in SQL queries and optimization.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
- Familiarity with Unix, Windows, networking, scripting, and SDLC practices.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, especially public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proven ability to support end-users, troubleshoot issues, and solve complex problems.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud-native solutions and distributed system architectures.
- Prior experience in financial services or fintech applications is advantageous.
