Key Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer III – Power Platform, you will:
- Oversee configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Power Platform environments for high availability, scalability, and reliability.
- Design, develop, and customize Power Apps solutions tailored to business needs while ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions to track workflow performance and infrastructure health.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel) via connectors and APIs.
- Manage changes, including software upgrades, configuration adjustments, and infrastructure deployments, following change management processes.
- Act as a Center of Excellence design authority, promoting reusability, best practices, and governance across the organization.
- Stay current on Power Platform advancements, incorporating AIHub/Copilot Studio features and industry trends.
- Support agile teams with SRE principles, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Formal training or certification in Software Engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Experience with cloud-based services, particularly Azure, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, Sentinel, Purview).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and incident management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with automation using Jenkins, GitHub, and other CI/CD tools.
- Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400, PL-200).
- Familiarity with AIHub/Copilot Studio and modern front-end technologies.
- Experience delivering cloud-native solutions and enterprise-scale integrations.
