Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated frameworks, tools, and utilities for robust testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to understand application requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform manual testing, followed by implementing automation for repetitive and complex scenarios.
- Work closely with DevOps and release teams to support pre- and post-deployment testing.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), partnering with trade operations teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct non-functional testing, including performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
- Ensure alignment with QA best practices, SDLC processes, and release management standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 9+ years of QA experience in fintech, asset management, or wealth management domains.
- Strong understanding of AWM operations and trading workflows.
- Hands-on programming skills in Python, Java, NodeJS, Groovy, SQL, and Big Data technologies.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of QA best practices, metrics, and SDLC processes.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in developing reusable automation frameworks for fintech platforms.
- Exposure to large-scale, high-performance applications in asset and wealth management.
