Responsibilities
Software Development & Design
- Develop scalable and secure AI-driven solutions within the Copilot Studio platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and design innovative features.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code for multi-tenant microservices and cloud-based applications.
- Analyze and solve complex problems to simplify the management of services at scale.
Collaboration & Code Quality
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions from idea to production.
- Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
- Contribute to building automated tests and integrating with continuous integration pipelines.
- Break down larger work items into smaller tasks and contribute to project estimation.
System Monitoring & Reliability
- Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), monitoring system features for downtime or degradation.
- Respond quickly to issues and ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime.
- Stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve system monitoring and service performance.
Learning & Growth
- Actively invest in your own technical growth by exploring new trends and technologies in cloud computing and AI.
- Share your knowledge with team members and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Proven experience with scalable system design, microservices, and cloud architecture.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Passion for AI technologies, cloud solutions, and building impactful software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams globally.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
