Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Engineering
- Lead end-to-end development of scalable business solutions using Java, Microservices, and React Js.
- Design, code, test, and deploy high-quality features in alignment with Agile sprint backlogs.
- Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability across multiple technology layers.
Agile Leadership & Collaboration
- Participate and contribute actively in Sprint Ceremonies.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and engineering excellence.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, resolving complex technical issues.
DevOps & Cloud Engineering
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and automated deployment workflows.
- Manage cloud-based applications using Azure, AWS, OpenShift, and containerized services (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Monitor system performance and support infrastructure and deployment teams for seamless delivery.
Technical Excellence & Innovation
- Apply design patterns, data structures, and best practices in software development.
- Work with databases (SQL, PL/SQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB) and implement data integration, quality, and testing frameworks.
- Stay updated with modern software engineering trends including serverless, cloud-managed infrastructure, and open-source adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Agile software development environments.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Go Lang, React Js.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Databricks, Snowflake.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience in product engineering and the US healthcare domain.
- Knowledge of modern serverless infrastructure and cloud-managed solutions.
