Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirement and system analysis reviews to ensure completeness.
- Design and document solutions following established design patterns and coding standards.
- Perform independent coding and testing while mentoring junior engineers.
- Ensure adherence to coding best practices and resolve defects promptly.
- Collaborate with deployment leads and peers for smooth project deployment activities.

- Mentor team members on tools, processes, DevOps, and cloud practices.
- Utilize AI-powered software and tools to enhance productivity, coding efficiency, and cloud migration velocity.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical artifacts and development progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, and GoLang.
- 4+ years of experience with Python and Terraform.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in Agile software development environments.
- Development experience with SDKs and APIs from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in full SDLC, including coding standards, source control, build processes, and testing.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining platform-level services on Kubernetes.
- Skilled in provisioning MongoDB Atlas resources via APIs.
- Familiarity with GitHub toolset and GitHub Actions.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and passion for innovation.
