Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow platform development and optimization to meet enterprise IT service requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications on ServiceNow.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future enterprise solutions.
- Implement IT products such as ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM across multiple domains.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow Request Management, Orchestration Workflow, and Flow Designer solutions.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems securely using Web Services and APIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric IT solutions.
- Leverage ServiceNow Gen AI and automation tools to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
- Participate in full-stack development, including front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS, React) and SPA web applications.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of software development experience and 7+ years in ServiceNow platform development.
- Strong experience with ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ServiceNow Request Management, Orchestration, and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Gen AI use cases, MID Server, and platform integrations.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, TypeScript, AngularJS, React, Redux, Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure), PowerShell, Python.
- Experience in full-stack, secure, scalable web application development in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality, production-ready code.

- Proven track record of designing reusable, component-based code.
