Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Architecture

- Build, deploy, and maintain solutions in Azure cloud environments.
- Leverage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools to streamline delivery.
- Monitor, debug, and refactor code to improve performance and maintainability.
Leadership & Strategic Influence
- Drive future technology strategies, architecture decisions, and methodologies.
- Build strong working relationships across IT teams and business units.
- Research emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities and drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software development using C#, .NET Framework/Core, SQL Server, Microservices, and domain-driven design.
- 5+ years of experience in web technologies such as React, Angular, Kendo, and NgRx State management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure), Agile methodologies, and team leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team, provide technical direction, and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Experience in US healthcare domain or product engineering.
