EY (Ernst & Young), a global leader in assurance, tax, consulting, and transaction services, is hiring a Senior Project Consultant – SaT (Strategy and Transactions), Government, TCF (Transaction & Corporate Finance), Infrastructure Advisory in New Delhi, India.
This role offers the opportunity to work with government and public sector clients on infrastructure advisory, financial modeling, project finance, and transaction consulting. You will collaborate with high-performing teams to help public entities and corporates reimagine ecosystems, improve capital efficiency, and deliver sustainable solutions across sectors such as transport, healthcare, education, water, energy, and urban development.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Consultant – Infrastructure Advisory at EY, you will:
- Identify deal issues, assess their impact on valuation, and advise on solutions.
- Conduct analysis of transaction risks and provide strategies for mitigation.
- Understand transaction structures and advise on structuring issues.
- Support project finance, infrastructure advisory, and capital strategy projects.
