Key Responsibilities
Pricing & Financial Management
- Develop and maintain pricing files and manage the overall pricing process for pursuits support.
- Use pricing tools to assemble data points across fees, rate cards, and assumptions for multiple service streams.
- Price both competitive models (Managed Services, Outcome-Based, Per User/Unit, Hybrid) and traditional models (Time & Material, Not-to-Exceed, Fixed Price).
- Conduct financial analysis including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profit & loss reporting at project, BU, and organizational levels.
- Formulate commercial incentives to maximize deal attractiveness while achieving target margins.
RFP & Pursuits Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end RFP process from information gathering to client template submission.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pursuits, Delivery, and Solution teams to ensure successful deal closure.
- Manage multiple client pricing requests simultaneously while meeting strict SLA timelines.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Maintain and manage databases including fee structures, rate cards, and contact lists.
- Support pricing tool testing and annual refresh activities.
- Build automation into standard processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of multiple tasks across projects.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong financial analysis, pricing strategy, and bid management skills.
- Expertise in multiple pricing models and pursuit processes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Education: University/Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
- Experience: Proven ability to manage pricing processes, bid coordination, and financial analysis.
- Skills: Analytical mindset, process optimization, financial reporting, RFP support.
