🎯 Key Responsibilities

Internal Audit Execution

• Conduct end-to-end internal audits: from planning to execution and reporting
• Understand client business operations and plan audits across multiple units and locations
• Define and align audit programs in coordination with clients
• Lead process discussions and execute audit procedures per standards
• Validate audit observations with client process owners
• Draft detailed audit reports conforming to standards

Internal Controls Uplift & Transformation

• Perform risk assessment to identify material entities, processes, and controls
• Conduct gap assessments via workshops, discovery sessions, and policy reviews
• Design and transform internal controls based on gap assessment and system upgrades
• Lead control walkthroughs, inquiries, and assess control design and operating effectiveness
• Prepare reports summarizing control gaps, recommendations, and testing results

🛠️ Skills & Expertise Required

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Basic understanding of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle for audit purposes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience working on global projects or with global clients (preferred)
• Project management skills (desirable)

🎓 Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BBM / BBA / BCom) and/or Master’s Degree (MBA / MCom) from accredited institutions
• CA / ACCA / CPA / CIA® Certification preferred
