Key Responsibilities
- Execute Finance Transformation solutions including end-to-end process studies, gap analysis, and recommendations.
- Design finance target operating models and support ERP strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
- Drive process optimization across R2R, O2C, P2P, treasury, inventory, fixed assets, and reporting processes.
- Support technology-led enterprise transformation projects, utilizing SAP, Oracle, and reporting tools like Blackline, Trintech, and Hyperion.
- Develop data models and interactive dashboards using Power BI for effective decision-making.
- Assist in proposals, client deliverables, and development of new service offerings.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery standards across engagements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across global markets; travel may be required.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of finance transformation, process optimization, and ERP systems.
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using Power BI or similar tools.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and global mindset.
- Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines with travel flexibility (50–80%).
Qualifications
- CA, CPA (US), or ACCA (UK) required.
- 0–5 years of experience in finance transformation, accounting processes, or ERP implementations.
- MBA is a plus.
- Knowledge of finance operating models, performance management (SLA/KPI), and system optimization.
- Familiarity with global finance regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.
