Key Responsibilities

Cost & Cash Management

• Assist in detailed project-level cost analysis and reporting.
• Monitor and flag billed, unbilled, and unapplied cash positions; support resolution efforts.
• Support working capital optimization initiatives through data analysis and coordination with stakeholders.
• Track cost and cash variances; escalate issues when necessary.

Billing & Forecasting

• Collaborate with business teams to collect inputs for billing and revenue forecasts.
• Analyze discrepancies between billing plans and actual outcomes; assist in resolution.
• Maintain dashboards and documentation to track billing performance.

Finance Transformation & Automation

• Contribute to finance automation projects aimed at touchless operations.
• Assist in gathering business requirements and support UAT/testing activities.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful deployment of finance tools and dashboards.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance standards.
• Support internal reviews and audits related to cost and cash processes.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with service line teams, procurement, and resource management to support smooth financial operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably with Big 4 articleship or in finance roles within consulting/services.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel; familiarity with FieldGlass, Anaplan, or I-certis is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience with finance transformation and automation projects is highly desirable.
