Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team managing books of account using Tally, SAP, or MS Navision
- Independently manage client relationships and deliver exceptional service
- Support business development initiatives within managed client portfolios
- Prepare financial statements and audit schedules in compliance with India GAAP
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and clients for smooth financial operations
- Prepare and e-file VAT, Service Tax, and TDS returns accurately and timely
- Manage payroll processing and recommend improvements for efficiency and controls
- Generate Monthly MIS reports and perform account reconciliations
Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in accounting software: Tally, SAP, MS Navision
- Strong understanding of VAT, Service Tax, TDS, payroll, and financial reporting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines consistently
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) processes is a plus
- Strong teamwork and office ethics with a commitment to confidentiality
Work Location & Environment
- Base location in Mumbai, with opportunities to work from Gurgaon, Kolkata, Bangalore, or Coimbatore
- Frequent travel to client sites as required
