📋 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive compliance risk assessments, reviews, and audits across various sectors (Labour Laws, HSE, Admin, Secretarial, Finance, Sector-specific laws).
- Develop and maintain compliance checklists, manuals, policies, SOPs, and training documentation.
- Lead and implement compliance tools across multiple client projects and manage their monitoring.
- Stay updated on statutory & regulatory developments, ensuring adherence to best practices in compliance control.
- Manage multiple client projects, serve as a SPOC for escalations, and provide effective liaison between internal teams.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and clients.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring quality delivery of compliance projects.
- Perform regulatory research and support strategic decision-making related to legal compliance.
🧱 Essential Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of legal and compliance frameworks under multiple law categories.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and provide actionable mitigation strategies.
- Expertise in drafting compliance policies, manuals, SOPs, and training materials.
- Experience in implementing and managing compliance monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines.
🎓 Qualifications
- CA, LLB, or BBA from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in a compliance review or legal advisory role.
- Familiarity with compliance practices in sectors such as Finance, Labour, HSE, and others.
