Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive in Commercial Vehicle Retail Collections, you will:
- Hire and empanel vendors/agencies responsible for collection processes at assigned locations
- Manage vendor and agency performance to ensure timely and efficient collections
- Oversee Field Officers (FOS) in the collection of used commercial vehicle finance products
- Maintain comprehensive reports and trackers on allocation and collection records
- Handle customer interactions for collection follow-ups and issue resolution
- Possess strong understanding of repossession procedures for used commercial vehicles to support recovery efforts
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve minimal Non-Performing Asset (NPA) levels
Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in commercial vehicle loan collections and vendor management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve customer disputes and enhance collection efficiency
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- High drive for results with a proactive, action-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated, with clarity of thought and perseverance in challenging situations
- Working knowledge of computers and proficiency in managing operational reports and trackers
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 to 18 months of relevant experience in collections, preferably in commercial vehicle finance or retail vehicle loans
- Graduation or equivalent qualification
- Prior exposure to collection processes, vendor coordination, and customer engagement
- Experience in repossession procedures is advantageous
