Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant – Production Support Analyst at EY Hyderabad, you will:
- Provide advanced production support for applications, databases, and systems.
- Monitor production systems for outages, alerts, and performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis to reduce risks and prevent recurring problems.
- Manage incident resolution, ensuring alignment with SLAs.

- Hands-on expertise with root cause analysis, release planning, and change management.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.
