Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions using Lobster Data/Lobster_pro middleware platform.
- Develop and implement data transformation logic, including mappings for EDI, XML, JSON, and other formats.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable middleware solutions.
- Monitor integration jobs, handle error logs, troubleshoot issues, and perform timely resolution or escalate as needed.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and integration guides.
- Participate actively in testing, deployment, and post-go-live support phases.
- Work closely with ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Lobster middleware (Lobster_data, Lobster_pro) or equivalent integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of data integration patterns, ETL processes, and file/data formats such as CSV, JSON, XML, EDIFACT, and X12.
- Experience with API integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
- Proficiency in FTP/SFTP communication protocols.
- Demonstrated experience integrating middleware solutions with ERP systems like SAP and Oracle or CRM platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and stakeholder interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to B2B/EDI integration scenarios.
- Working knowledge of German language to support Lobster’s German clients.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM or other cloud-based HR systems.
- Experience with Agile project methodologies.
