Key Responsibilities
IBM Planning Analytics / TM1 Implementation & Configuration
- Design, develop, and configure TM1 models including TI processes, rules, and websheets.
- Build and support Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) reports and dashboards.
- Develop Excel-based financial reports using Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX).
Financial Planning & Business Analysis
- Analyze budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to provide actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements for enhanced accuracy and efficiency in financial planning workflows.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for TM1 applications.
- Perform system updates and upgrades to maintain optimal performance and user experience.
Training & Documentation
- Create comprehensive documentation detailing system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions to empower users and stakeholders on TM1 tools and features.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with finance, IT, and other business units to ensure seamless implementation and delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and project timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development and support.
- Strong knowledge of TM1 architecture, including TI scripting, rules, cubes, and websheets.
- Proficiency in Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAX).
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
