Key Responsibilities
As a Conversational AI Senior Consultant, you will:
- Design and implement AI-powered chatbot and voice assistant solutions using low-code and hyperscaler platforms (Kore.ai, Google Dialogflow, AWS Lex, MS Bot Framework)
- Develop NLP and NLU components using LLMs like GPT-4, LLAMA, Azure OpenAI, and Google Vertex AI
- Write scalable backend code in Python, Node.js, or JavaScript
- Integrate bots with enterprise systems and third-party APIs
- Optimize bot performance, including NLP tuning and model fine-tuning
- Create and refine prompts using few-shot, zero-shot, and one-shot learning
- Design and build RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, designers, developers)
- Stay current with industry trends in generative AI, NLP, and LLM frameworks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–10 years of hands-on experience in Conversational AI, LLMs, and NLP
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and backend development
- Experience with platforms like Kore.ai, AWS Lex, Dialogflow, Azure Bot Service
- Proven ability to work with GPT-3, GPT-4, LLAMA, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLMs
- Strong understanding of transfer learning, prompt engineering, and pre-training techniques
- Familiarity with generative AI across text, image, or multimodal use cases
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to enterprise AI solutions
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
