As a Senior Consultant – Learning & Change Management at Deloitte, you will spearhead the design and delivery of cutting-edge learning interventions tailored to client needs. You will manage end-to-end learning projects, including digital trainings, virtual instructor-led sessions (vILTs), self-paced courses, and performance support tools. Your role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to foster successful change initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Lead and manage high-impact learning projects aligned with client business objectives and change management strategies.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop comprehensive learning curriculums and digital learning products.
• Deliver creative instructional design solutions including storyboarding, content creation, and visual design aligned with brand guidelines.
• Oversee virtual instructor-led trainings (vILTs), expert-led sessions, and self-paced e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery with high quality.
• Innovate learning strategies using technology tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, and SAP Enable Now.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning initiatives using data-driven insights.
• Stay current on industry trends, ERP applications, and emerging learning technologies to enhance client solutions.
• Support change management efforts by aligning learning strategies with organizational transformation goals.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer, Digital Content Creator, or Learning & Development Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Change Management and Learning Strategy development.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling and persuasive messaging.
• Strong project and time management abilities with capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a robust portfolio showcasing innovative learning designs.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business, Education, or related field preferred.
