Key Responsibilities

• Lead Mobility and Loyalty CRM analytics to generate actionable business insights.
• Build and maintain integrated measurement frameworks for Loyalty programs.
• Conduct profiling, diagnostic, and churn analysis to improve active customer engagement.
• Design and execute A/B tests, hypothesis testing, and pre-post campaign analysis.
• Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions with strategic recommendations.
• Support the identification of target customer segments for promotions and campaigns.
• Develop data visualization dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT, and Data Engineering to deliver analytics projects.
• Provide storytelling and data presentation to communicate findings effectively.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in data analytics for retail, mobility, or CPG businesses.
• Excellent proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, Power BI, Python, and other analytics tools.
• Strong statistical analysis skills: hypothesis testing, univariate/multivariate analysis, exploratory data analysis.
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights for business decisions.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, retail analytics, or loyalty CRM analytics.
• Prior experience in customer loyalty programs, CRM, CPG, or e-commerce analytics is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in data visualization, BI tools, and advanced analytics techniques.
