Core Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst at Mercer, you will:
- Gather, clarify, and analyze client-specific investment data for reporting purposes.
- Liaise with the centralized reporting team to ensure accurate report formats and layouts.
- Monitor developments in investment reporting and highlight critical issues promptly.
- Produce timely and accurate research reports and investment papers for investment committee meetings.
- Provide professional inputs for annual client review meetings.
- Support sales and consulting teams with research and data-driven insights.
- Ensure high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency in all deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in investment reporting, financial analysis, or consulting.
- Familiarity with client servicing, investment research, and report generation.
