Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst – Insurance Operations, you will:
- Manage your own queue of insurance cases ensuring timely delivery per SLA.
- Understand and process cases according to process guidelines and checklists.
- Deliver on KPI targets aligned with company standards.
- Escalate delays and queries after thorough investigation.
- Create and update SOPs and process manuals for new and existing workflows.
- Perform quality checks to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance client services.
- Participate in process update sessions, knowledge tests, training, and coaching.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and operational risk guidelines.
- Follow data and information security protocols.
