KPMG Global Services (KGS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst / Business Associate – Presentation Designer in Bangalore. This role is designed for creative professionals with 5–8 years of experience in presentation design, creative layout, and campaign visualization, specializing in PowerPoint, MS Office, and Adobe Suite tools. The ideal candidate will deliver high-end presentations, marketing collaterals, and client-facing designs for the U.S. geography, ensuring brand consistency, visual excellence, and timely delivery. This position also involves mentoring junior designers, streamlining workflows, and contributing to design strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Presentation Development

• Produce high-quality presentations, layouts, reports, and marketing collaterals aligned with KPMG brand standards.
• Conceptualize, prototype, and deliver creative solutions for client-facing projects and internal campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design guidelines across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design requirements and present compelling solutions.

Project Management & Strategy

• Plan project timelines, estimate resource needs, and track milestones for design deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow efficiency within the creative team.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, enhancing their skills and performance.

Quality Assurance & Innovation

• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in typography, spacing, and layout.
• Stay updated on U.S. design trends, cultural aesthetics, and industry best practices.
• Implement innovative design solutions to meet evolving client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background

• University degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

Professional Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in presentation design, creative adaptation, layout design, and client engagement.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex visualizations and design thinking process.

Technical Expertise

• Expert in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; working knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute client-focused creative solutions.
