Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will:
- Deliver research, analysis, and insights to support BCG’s Consumer Practice Area.
- Work with case teams and clients to solve challenges across Consumer Goods, Retail, and Fashion & Luxury sectors.
- Contribute to BCG Vantage proprietary assets including frameworks, data tools, and surveys.
- Support client workshops, proposals, and business development initiatives.
- Travel occasionally to client sites to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Mentor and onboard junior colleagues by sharing sector expertise.

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- Strong foundation in data-driven analysis and business insights.
- Proven experience in strategic change or transformation programs.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Client-facing exposure preferred.
