Key Responsibilities
As a Kinaxis Senior at EY Bengaluru, you will:
- Lead solution design, configuration, and implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and propose best-fit solutions.
- Manage end-to-end implementation, testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Deliver high-quality client solutions on-time and within budget.
- Oversee project delivery including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and build new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse: configuration, testing, and workbook development.
- Proficiency in demand planning, forecasting techniques, promotion planning, consensus demand planning.
- Hands-on with integration of Kinaxis with ERP/Data Warehouses for inbound/outbound flows.
- Experience in fit-gap analysis, solution documentation, and UAT support.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong client-facing, teamwork, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Planning, or Consulting.
- Proven experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse demand planning projects.
- Functional + technical knowledge of Kinaxis (hierarchies, workflows, planning engines, control tables).
- Strong understanding of data integration and functional/technical architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Kinaxis RapidResponse Author or Contributor certification.
- Prior experience in onsite/offshore delivery models.
- Knowledge of outsourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
- Experience working with RFPs, proposals, and consulting projects.
