Key Responsibilities
As a Scaffolding Technician / Engineer, your primary duties will include:
- Unloading and assembling scaffolding equipment at offshore/onshore sites.
- Erecting scaffolding poles and securing them to various structures.
- Laying planks and boards for safe worker access.
- Installing guard rails, toe boards, and safety netting.
- Building advanced scaffold structures (suspended scaffolding, cantilever drops, temporary roofs).
- Dismantling scaffolding safely upon project completion.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work plans.
- Inspecting scaffolds regularly to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinating with site engineers and project managers.
- Working in all weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols.
Required Skills & Competencies

- Ability to work at heights confidently.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices.
