Overview
EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a SAP Transportation Management (TM) Technical Staff to deliver high-impact SAP TM solutions for clients across industries. This role offers an opportunity to design, develop, and enhance SAP TM functionalities within S/4HANA, supporting end-to-end supply chain and transportation management processes.
You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting projects from requirements gathering to testing, and leveraging your technical expertise in ABAP, FPM UI, Business Objects, and TM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP TM solutions, including Embedded TM in S/4HANA.
- Support project delivery across medium to large-scale SAP TM implementations.
- Collaborate with business units and functional teams during requirements, design, build, and test phases.
- Perform OOP ABAP development, Business Object enhancements, and FPM UI customizations.
- Configure and support POWL, Post Processing Framework, Process Controllers.
- Handle SAP TM Functional areas such as Order Management, Planning, Charge Calculation, Transportation Execution, and Freight Settlement.
- Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and deliver solutions in alignment with project milestones and business objectives.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, or Engineering from a reputed institute.
- 3–4 years of SAP consulting experience, preferably in Transportation Management (TM).
- Strong ABAP/OOP programming skills.
- Proficiency in SAP TM 9.5 and S/4HANA Embedded TM.
- Experience with Business Objects, BOBF Elements, Nodes/Sub-nodes, and Custom BOs.
- Knowledge of FPM UI enhancements, POWL, Post Processing Framework, Process Controllers.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage workload and priorities in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in SAP TM 9.5 or above (preferred, not mandatory).
- Exposure to SAP TM Functional areas like Order Management, Transportation Planning, Charge Calculation, and Freight Settlement.
- Familiarity with complex ERP/SAP implementations and supply chain processes.
- Experience working across multiple business units or global teams.
