Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Lead Salesforce org migrations with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Build complex integrations using UI-to-UI, API-based, and data integration methods.
- Develop high-quality code using LWC, Aura, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-performing solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, technical process reviews, and UATs.
- Translate business requirements/user stories into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Ensure solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with best practices.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations for ongoing support.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Strong experience with LWC, Apex, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce CLI, and VS Code.
- Knowledge of data modeling, API integrations, and large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Experience in Agile methodology, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and software design patterns.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, guide, and manage teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders, business users, and IT teams globally.
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Platform Builder
- Salesforce Application or System Architect (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and DevOps practices.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work in a client-facing role.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce CRM experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong technical expertise combined with proven ability to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
