Key Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using APEX and Lightning frameworks.
- Lead client workshops for requirements gathering, solution design, and user adoption.
- Configure features and implement solutions across Salesforce platforms.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities using Salesforce capabilities.
- Manage deliverables and ensure high-quality implementation aligned with Deloitte’s standards.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver client-centric Salesforce solutions.
- Handle project documentation including requirement specs, design docs, test plans, and user guides.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration methods.
- Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
- Familiarity with Heroku and eCommerce platforms (a plus).
- Experience with project delivery methodologies and Salesforce implementation best practices.
- Ability to estimate efforts, create timelines, and lead small technical teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent from a recognized institute.
- 3–5 years of Salesforce experience in a consulting or enterprise IT environment.
- At least 1–2 full-cycle Salesforce implementations (India or international).
- Ability to travel for short and long-term client engagements.
