Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights for S2SE operations.
- Use data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality across multiple data sources.
Business Insights & Recommendations
- Translate complex analytics into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Support operational decision-making and drive efficiency through automation and AI solutions.
- Identify new opportunities to leverage data for business value and innovation.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with finance, procurement, and other SCS teams to meet strategic objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key business users and senior stakeholders.
- Champion EY values and SCS culture, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Implement AI-driven analytics and automation to enhance S2SE processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new tools, and technologies in analytics and supply chain.
- Develop predictive models, dashboards, and data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in Source-to-Settle reporting, S2P operations, or analytics leadership.
- Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, and other data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SAP SRM, ECC, VIM is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Growth mindset, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, or analytics roles.
- Certification in procurement, supply chain, or data analytics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
