Key Responsibilities
RPA Design & Development
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts for scalable, efficient process automation.
- Participate in process discovery to analyze workflows and design executable automation models.
Testing & Support
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality RPA deployments.
- Provide ongoing support for deployed RPA applications, resolving issues and optimizing performance.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Keep stakeholders updated on project status, development schedules, and priorities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing RPA CoE methodologies and tools.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Explore new automation technologies including Power Platform and GenAI.
- Recommend process improvements and automation strategies for operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in RPA development or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360; certification (Masters/Professional) preferred.
- Experience in business process analysis and process automation.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in programming languages: C#, .NET, Java.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Familiarity with Power Platform and GenAI concepts is a plus.
