Key Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager at Raffles Jaipur, you will:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in luxury or fine dining.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI/HACCP).
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
