Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable Management
- Ensure timely billing to clients as per contractual terms.
- Raise and validate PV invoices and secure customer approvals.
- Drive timely collections and realization from customers.
- Monitor and report overdues through MIS.
Accounts Payable Management
- Oversee accurate accounting of vendor bills.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and return filings.
- Manage vendor bank guarantees (BGs) effectively.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare annual budgets in coordination with PMG.
- Track budget vs. actuals monthly and implement corrective plans.
- Formulate catch-up strategies for financial deficits.
GST Compliance
- File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC-04, GSTR-9, GSTR-9A) on time.
- Perform monthly reconciliations with GSTR-2B.
- Draft and submit responses to GST notices.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and publish monthly cashflow reports.
- Track weekly cost booking, invoicing, and collection updates.
- Report on customer overdue status and forex cashflows.
- Compute monthly embedded derivatives for financial statements.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong background in project finance, corporate accounting, and auditing.
- Expertise in budgeting, MIS reporting, and compliance management.
- In-depth knowledge of GST, corporate taxation, and SAP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead financial governance for complex projects.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA).
- 14–20 years of progressive experience in finance, accounts, or project financial control.
- Proficiency in SAP, financial reporting systems, and compliance tools.
